Did you know the Tate twins started out as just a lump of clay?
The sculpting artist Ashton Bryant created them out of clay to be molded into silicone baby doll heads.
I have delicately painted life into them using only the best available pigments and supplies. They have hand applied eyebrows sealed down to achieve that perfect soft baby brow look. They are so snuggly and curl right up into your arms just like a real baby would. Both have open mouth for a real newborn pacifier and will come home with the layettes seen in pictures. Also included will be a small box opening that consists of a pacifier , blanket, care kit, coa, birth certificate and a few other small goodies.
What is a cuddle baby?
It’s a silicone doll head that has an all cloth body. This cloth body is great for that real baby feeling in your arms. Many woman get comfort from holding one of my art dolls. Brings back so many memories of when my little ones were small. Silicone is very delicate so this is a great option for any collector who like to hold and dress their baby doll.
Body was all made by me using my embroidery machine and a pattern i purchased of Planet appliqué. Has all the right proportions and weight to give that real baby feel.
Would make a perfect gift for any adult doll collector!
Because of the delicate nature of my art and all that goes into them i do not recommend for small children.
